Quiz Kids!
This month, our very own quiz master, John, put together a ‘Hideout Game Show’ which left us on the ground laughing all while tucking into some party food and downing a few beers.
Rounds included; classic pub quiz questions, guess the celeb with a Hideout face, and ‘guess the lie’, which was similar to the TV game show ‘Would I Lie to You’. All we can say is Paul’s a dark horse… it’s always the quiet ones!

The World’s finest ingredient-led dumplings
If you love a dumpling, then you best feast your eyes on this new website we’ve created for Ugly Dumpling. Our taste buds are tingling just thinking about these tasty treats!
Based just off Carnaby Street, Ugly Dumpling is a new food concept, combining Western seasonal ingredients with Asian home-recipes, transforming the humble dumpling from a street snack to a new dining sensation.
The website mimics the feel of the restaurant’s décor as well as its personality, which is bold, cheeky and cosy!
Some of us have been lucky enough to sample the menu… all in the idea of research of course! Trust us, they are delicious!

Macknade Photoshoot
After launching their own range of teas last month, it was time to get photographing the new products and get ready for Christmas hamper season at Macknade. (Yes, we know it’s only September but we all love to plan ahead).
We got to use some incredible backdrops for the images at Neptune Canterbury and had major interior envy all day! Their kitchens and accessories are to die for… I literally could’ve bought the whole shop!
We shot a series of images for Macknade’s delicious range of hampers and a selection of hero products that will be hitting their website very soon.
Si takes flight
Are there no ends to his talents? Drummer, photographer, film director, agency owner and now co-pilot! Yes that’s right, our very own Mr Simon Root took the skies this month and went flying around in a Grumman Aviation Tiger (AA-5B) over the Kent countryside with his good friend Dave.
They flew from Biggin Hill out to Sevenoaks, then to Bewl Water via Tunbridge Wells and then back via Tonbridge to Biggin Hill, taking a total of 30 minutes to complete the journey.

If you’ve not heard, we launched our own Fantasy Football league this season and each month we’re giving away a tasty giant Millie’s Cookie to the manager with the most points each month. Our first manager of the month goes to Stephen Hunter who manages ‘ToffeeHunter FC’. He managed to rack up 202 points in August and is the leader of the HideoutFPL! Congratulations and a giant cookie is on its way to you!
And finally…. We had a little visitor in the office, Nancy the British Bulldog. Who doesn’t love having a furry friend in the office once in a while?
