Overview
Nikki Beach is a globally recognised luxury brand that brings together vibrant beach clubs, upscale resorts, stylish restaurants, and unique residential experiences. We knew the solution to a new website had to capture the energetic spirit of the brand while accommodating a diverse, international audience. We started with a deep dive: extensive audits, data-driven user journey analyses, and collaborative workshops with global stakeholders. The result? A multisite platform that balances consistency with flexibility.
Built with performance, accessibility, and scalability in mind, the site brings every location under the nikkibeach.com domain while letting each one keep its own character. It supports multi-language content, simple updates, and robust SEO from the ground up.
Discovery, strategy and setting the foundations
Nikki Beach was already a well-established global brand with serious domain authority and a loyal following that spanned continents. So, from the outset, it was clear this wasn’t just a redesign but a rethink. A collaborative project to protect what was working, improve what wasn’t, and future-proof the site for wherever the brand goes next.
We began with a thorough audit of the existing site, working closely with Nikki Beach’s international marketing teams to understand what needed to be carried forward, what could be improved, and where the growth opportunities were, particularly around content and SEO.
Our workshops were key. We brought together people from different departments and locations to map out goals, pain points and the realities of managing a site at this scale. We discussed marketing strategies, user pain points, search volume and content structure. These insights fed into a clearer structure, stronger search strategy and a more user-friendly experience.
Content, accessibility and performance
Designing for Nikki Beach meant being bold but thoughtful. To meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards, we made a series of accessibility improvements across the site. That meant checking every colour combination for contrast, refining keyboard navigation, and making sure forms were clearly labelled and easy to move through without a mouse. We added alt text to meaningful images and used ARIA attributes where needed so screen readers could do their job properly. It’s all part of making the site easier to use for everyone.
The site supports multiple languages to improve accessibility and visibility in different regions. We also provided detailed content guidance, helping the team identify which copy needed to be migrated and optimised and what new content could be introduced to support search performance. Everything was led by data. Page layouts, user journeys, content; all was shaped by how real people were using the site. That meant the final product not only looked good but worked hard, too.

As part of the build, we introduced integrations to help streamline content and support business goals. These included Mailchimp location segmentation, AccessiBe, and a bespoke ticketing widget using WooCommerce. These features support the brand as it grows, giving the team more control and users a smoother experience.

A structure that scales with the brand
The new site was built as a flexible multisite framework. That means each resort, beach club, or venue now has its own site and admin area while still sitting under the single nikkibeach.com domain. That gives the brand consistency and authority while letting local teams shape content to fit their audience.
Now, teams around the world can promote weddings and events or highlight restaurant menus or residencies, reflecting each venue’s individual needs. It strikes the balance between brand and local needs, and it’s built to grow as new venues open.
A long-term partnership
Since launch, we’ve continued to support Nikki Beach as their digital partner, offering everything from hosting and maintenance to technical support and content updates. We also act as SEO consultants, identifying opportunities, flagging potential issues, and helping the site evolve alongside the brand.
Our relationship has since expanded to support other brands in the Nikki Beach portfolio, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment across their digital landscape. It’s a collaborative relationship and one we’re proud to be part of.
