Process
If you have any technical issues or concerns about your website, please contact support@thehideout.co.uk or alternatively use the form below. To help us understand and diagnose the issue, please describe the problem accurately and supply as much supporting information as possible. We have put together a list of helpful data below.
Shortly after submitting the report, you will automatically be assigned a support ticket number. Our support team then reviews the issue and will aim to be in touch with you within two working days.
Important information
- What system, browser and version were you using?
- What were you doing directly before, during and after the issue occurred?
- A link to the actual page where the issue is occurring.
- Any images and/or videos of the issue
- If you are locked out or have connection issues, please provide us with your IP address (see your IT) or the IPv4 result from websites such aswhatismyipaddress.com. This will help us debug issues relating to your connection to the site or WordPress User lockouts.
