Fileder has been a long-standing client of The Hideout and we were thrilled at the chance of redeveloping their website last year, as well as working with them on a range of offline marketing materials and produce a bank of new photography for use across all channels.
Application search
The site includes an intuitive application search which guides users through a series of questions to find the most relevant products based on similar projects within different sectors.
The homepage also allows users to either search via the application search or go straight through the different product categories for those users who know what they’re looking for. This helps to cater for the difference audience types and the way in which they will want to navigate through the site.
Integration with HubSpot
The sales and marketing teams at Fileder use HubSpot as their internal CRM, sales and digital marketing tool. It was therefore vital that the site integrated with this seamlessly.
All data captured throughout the site via forms, eNewsletter sign-ups and enquiries integrate with HubSpot passing the information automatically through allowing the team to jump on any requests and enquiries as quickly as possible.
