Over the past decade we’ve partnered with a variety of colleges, schools and Higher Education providers, working as an extension of their marketing team to achieve their business objectives and drive enrolments. Below are a few case studies including a large college group, a private school and an adult learning facility.
The Bedford College Group
Adapting strategies to create virtual open day microsites during the pandemic
During the pandemic we created a new, virtual open days microsite for The Bedford College Group. We had just six short weeks from start to finish to launch the site in time for their online open events.
The site allows prospective students to search by either a subject area they’re interested in, or by location. We managed to reuse existing video footage and photography to create a series of teaser videos for most subjects areas, as well as 3D maps with hotspots for each campus and 360 tours, creating a truly digital experience.
The microsite was used in conjunction with their Virtual Open Days where tutors spoke directly with prospective students and parents, just as they would have done pre COVID-19.
We’re currently working on the Group’s new, main website, so keep an eye out for a full case study very soon. In the meantime, check out the microsite:
Fosse Bank School
Encapsulating the magic and core values of the school across a range of media
Fosse Bank is a small, independent school founded in 1892. Their mission is to nurture children’s individual dreams and talents, giving them the best possible start.
We really wanted to uncover the magic of Fosse Bank, so we spent time at the school getting to know the staff and children in an effort to fully understand and appreciate what they offer.
The beautiful setting where children learn, alongside a careful balance of fun and work helped us to create a new identity for the school. We carried this brand identity into their new prospectus, signage, website and other marketing materials which have received glowing feedback throughout.
Kent Adult Education
Future-proofing KAE’s online presence in an ever-changing digital environment
Kent Adult Education provide a wide range of adult courses designed to enhance well-being and offer opportunities to enrich quality of life through developing new interests.
KAE’s complex requirements and ever-evolving courses meant their previous website was struggling to cater for their digital needs. Together, we underwent a thorough Discovery Phase where we mapped out the key audience, user journeys through the website and how to seamlessly integrate with a variety of third party systems.
The website now pulls course data through in real-time helping to centralise control of information. The solution has made key information more accessible to the user and easy to use for all stakeholders.
