Project Coordinator / Administrator

We’re on the hunt for a full-time eager and energetic Project Coordinator / Administrator to join our exciting and award-winning team. 

This a great opportunity to join an agency, get stuck in and grow with our team, furthering your career. You’ll be working closely as a support to the Directors and Project Manager helping with the smooth running of operations. 

The role will include:

  • Producing quotations, proposal specification documents
  • Raising invoices and purchase orders
  • KPI reporting
  • Liaising with external suppliers
  • Taking meeting notes and distributing actions for the team
  • Attending client meetings and presentations
  • Answering the phone
  • Internal admin
  • Keeping our CRM system updated
  • Data entry
  • Adding content to our website
  • General and ad-hoc support to the team.

To be part of the team you’ll need to be:

  • Target driven
  • Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • A people person working with lots of different personalities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Passionate about marketing, creative and digital
  • A team player with a good sense of humour
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
